A 6-week 1:1 program blending breathwork, subconscious rewiring and nervous system regulation to help you release old stress patterns, let go of stored emotions, uncover the beliefs that have been keeping you stuck and rebuild inner safety and confidence to create real change.

  2. Emotional Release: Use guided breathwork to loosen and release stored stress and emotions that have been weighing on you.
  3. Subconscious Rewiring: Identify and rewrite the beliefs and patterns keeping you stuck, integrating inner child and shadow work where needed.
  4. Future Integration: Visualize and embody the version of you who feels grounded, safe, and free—and learn how to stay there.
