My Path to Freedom

I created Soaring because I know what it’s like to feel trapped by perfectionism, expectations, and the fear of not being enough — hiding it all behind a life that looked like I had it all together.

For years, I chased freedom by changing jobs, moving cities, and staying independent — but no matter how much changed on the outside, I kept running into the same things: self-doubt, internal pressure, and a growing disconnection from myself that ended in disease.

Holistic nutrition and yoga helped a little, but real, lasting change only started to make sense when I began to understand the mind-body connection, the nervous system, and how our brains really work. Freedom doesn’t come from external changes — it comes from transformation within.

Breathwork became my tool to finally bring it all together — making real change feel more doable, more accessible. And while I’m still on this journey, I want to share this tool — and take along anyone who’s ready to find their own freedom.

What Makes My Technique Different

I integrate all my learnings about the subconscious, neuroplasticity, the mind-body connection and our nervous system in order to make change as accessible and effective as possible.
