Each week is carefully structured to build on the last. You’ll be guided to:

 - uncover and shift limiting beliefs
 - process hidden grief, shame, or fear
 - reconnect with your inner truth
- step into a future that feels fully your own
You’ll receive:
- 6 themed weeks with a clear focus each time
- Daily morning and optional evening breathwork practices to regulate and reset
- 1-2 longer weekly breathwork journeys for deeper release and breakthroughs
- More than 20 guided audio sessions in total — all clearly structured so you never have to wonder what to do next
