Health Ascent is a 12-week breathwork program specifically designed for women with autoimmune disease and chronic illness.
It's not symptom management.
It's nervous system regulation, emotional release, and subconscious rewiring â addressing the root causes that keep your body stuck. And so

- Regulate your nervous system so your body can exit survival mode
- Release stored emotions that have become chronic tension and inflammation

MODULE 1 â Build Safety
Your nervous system learns it's safe to relax. You'll practice daily regulation techniques, train your body to recognize calm, and start rebuilding trust.
What happens: Sleep improves. Anxiety decreases. You start noticing when you're holding your breath or shallow breathing â and you correct it.
MODULE 2 â Release Whatâs Stored
Suppressed emotions don't disappear â they become chronic tension, then inflammation. This month, you'll release what you've been holding and begin to understand that emotions are not something to fear or push away.Â
What happens: You cry. You feel lighter. You learn to not hold onto everything and instead provide your body with the conditions it needs to let go.
MODULE 3 â Rewire and ReclaimÂ
You'll work with limiting beliefs, reconnect with your body in a new way, and envision a life beyond symptom management. This is where identity shifts happen.
What happens: Your feel empowered in your body again. You make plans without fear. You believe in possibility again. You remember thereâs a whole life to be lived beyond your diagnosis â and you start living it.
